The Ohio State University Center for Brain Injury Recovery and Discovery Trainee Society presents Presenting Your Science, a workshop designed to help trainees turn complex research into clear, compelling communication. Focused on bridging the gap between science and real world audiences, this session will equip participants with practical tools to pitch their research, explain their work with clarity, and strengthen how they write and present across settings.Featuring Katie Thomas, APR, a lecturer in communication and leader in health marketing, alongside Olga N. Kokiko-Cochran, Ph.D., an associate professor of neuroscience, the workshop brings together expertise in storytelling and science. Trainees will leave with a stronger understanding of how to make their research accessible, engaging, and impactful.
