The Campus Microscopy and Imaging Facility is hosting an open training for our recently acquired UltraMicrscope Blaze II light sheet microscope. Please join us for a discussion on methods for 3D visualization of intact, cleared tissue samples using the Ultra Microscope Blaze. No prior experience is necessary.

We will review the fundamental principles of light-sheet microscopy, with a focus on operating the Ultra Microscope Blaze. 

The seminar will also cover different classes of tissue clearing, highlighting the advantages and limitations of each, and providing practical examples of 3D imaging in research. The presentation will conclude with a Q&A session.

Attendees are welcome to reach out after the seminar for tissue-clearing consultations and application-specific questions.
